Your first session will last 90 minutes and is done with Dr. Beth Hedva
over the phone to discuss your issues or the personal work you'd like
to
do. If a retreat is appropriate, we can schedule one or more full days
working together.

WEEKEND INTENSIVES
Sometimes
there is a lot of work to do in a short
time. Weekly hour-long sessions may not meet your needs or schedule. A
weekend marathon session is an alternative. The first portion is with
Dr.
Hedva over the phone, to discuss needs and make plans in preparation of
being together.
